"keep a regular schedule" I feel personally attacked lol

1. Plan stream - not by moment but roughly chapters.
2. Stay on topic.
3. Keep a consistent schedule
4. ask questions -> easiest way to get interaction with the viewers thus making it YT showing it to more people.
5. Talk to your audience: Where are you from? Have questions on topic for the topic of the stream directly to the audience.
6. Use chat discipline: Don't ban different opinions, have strong mods that know what's acceptable behavior.
7. Re-Use moments
8. add simple fun elements (Facecams, Soundboards etc)
9. create visual variety.
10. Create segments. Rant Segment, Tutorial Segment, Q&A Segment, AMA Segment etc etc etc.
11. Focus on Entertainment: No Dead air, make it entertaining.
12. Avoid Rants: being negatively all the time is not looked for to relax as viewers.
13. Be positive
14. Be real
15. Re-Watch your streams -> see what worked well, what didnt so on.
16. Don't go any longer than scheduled -> Leave them wanting more! You are not obligated to stream longer and you can stream any other day as well. don't stress about it <3

I think this is a great video. The points you make are really good. I think most of the first points are more directed on how to grow from a smaller streamer to a larger one and not how to get from 0 viewers to a few. The hardest part is to get the first 3-4 viewers to be there. But I will for sure watch this again and continue to put the idea's into practice.

#15-16 has made me remember that typical YouTube streams are so much shorter than your typical Twitch stream... On Twitch people tend to consider 5 hours a short stream.
