The biggest problem with migration outside of whales moving backwards is the C level players in the game. They get purged from competitive kingdoms with nowhere to go. So many players quit because they cannot find a C level kingdom to chill in and play more casually.

A brilliant idea on the season 2 style SOC kvk story. I just recommended it as well to VIP. I think by them keeping it limited to season 2 commanders/equipment, 30% troop return with no conquest or season coin rewards gives enough disincentive to the most competitive player base but at least allows for nostalgia and simpler kvk experience for others.

Wish they made this change to KvK 2 migration years ago. I guarantee a lot of my friends would still be playing. Dropping $10k to be a top competitor in KvK 1, and then becoming completely irrelevant in KvK 2 with no way to spend to catch up is such a crazy way to design a p2w game. About time they fix this.

Let's be honest, these people don't like to play kvk 2 specifically. They just want easy kills from new t4 players

Best decision by Lilith as it relates to migration. Many new kingdoms can survive now and players able to get stronger. This will also reduce dead weights and zero of many new accounts just because they are not able to do half of what those 3 year account whales/f2p can do.

Whales get all the top spots when they come back to kvk 2/3. now new accounts can develop with those spots and less people quitting. The only downside is that no room for improvement once in soc 5 because of the account day limit to migrate. Hopefully the matchmaking will be better.

Introduce higher level Barbs & Forts into the Home Kingdoms after SOC 4 - For the max level Fort/Barb give a very small amount of crystals.

This would encourage F2P/Low Spenders to grind/play more in off season and feel like they were better prepared going into a KvK with some crystals. (maybe put a cap on it of 5M or something too).

For those higher level barbs/forts, chaining would be very hard without KvK tech and 1+1 forts wouldn't be possible either without that KvK tech. It would also promote teamwork, cooperation, and coordination in home kingdom alliances.

Their buff to the pity system needs tons of clarification:
So if i get "lucky" and get my rare/leg inscription the non-pity-way, i have high chances to get it on the scroll and instrument .... But what we want is Flags and Emblems ... Since i can only choose when i trigger the pity system, does that mean that a lucky pull actually wrecks me by reseting the pity-get-to-choose system ?

If people migrate back to kvk2 for a "fair" (non cristal tech) kvk, it is then perfectly fair that they have to start in that kingdom's age to fight fairly against the others (game allows you to create new characters btw)
If they migrate just to steam roll then i see no difference between them migrating and whale buying crystals.

There are so many things you could fix in the armament system, and some of them are actually quite easiy fixes.
They could add progression, so if you get the same type of stat you currently have, it is guaranteed to be higher than what you currently have.
They could add using multiple inscriptions on a single armament, so the best possible armaments are possible to get by playing the game, and not just by hitting a extremly low %
They could half the amount of recycled legendary you need to get a Special inscription from the recycle shop, that would give you more chances at getting a decent normal inscription but it would allow non whale players to actually use the shop. I have only gotten 6/8 for the special inscription and i play nearly all events for over a year now. But i need it for 5 marches.
They could finally change the armament slot that is awarded in kvk shop with autarch, or just add all slots so you can build.

Its crazy to think that the garrison leader in some KDs will be decided by who gets the most luck in the lottery.

They should allow commander recycling like the legendary equipment, you get 50% of gold heads back. Obviously this should not apply to the gold key commanders. This would help thosr try to transition to SoC

The game just needs to start the new player experience at SOC. Day 1 you get access to everything. LvD is a fine starter KvK for S1. Add in Coalition features to LvD. Get the ball rolling and stop making new players invest into things they'll end up feeling bad about. They've shown us they'll never change the meta by tuning pre-soc, even early soc commanders/old S3, commanders so there's no point in making them the only option.

The makers of the game don’t understand the regulations they implement hinder F2P mid and low spenders, but they think they are keeping the whales in check. This is common sense they pander to the rich

When I think about cross-season migration, I'm thinking about players who get a kingdom with a jumb project and they need their main accounts to win kvk 2, 3 and 4. Even whales i see they migrate in that kingdoms.

Probably with these changes, seasons 2-4 will be more balanced. But I'm not so sure, anyone has an account or a farm with good commders and to migrate in that seasons. Having the allowed login days.

What I would like as developers to do is make all commanders available for all seasons. But that will never be, I mean by the idea of "beginning of the game."
Even if this will never be added, at least all the commders will be displayed in the game from the beginning displaying "This commders unlock at Season 3 or more"
This will help new players to keep their gh, and to not quit the game form the frist when installed the game.

When i start myself the game, no one tell me about new commanders who unlock after this seasons so maybe people don't say this game its fake 😂

You felt confused for +6smite+6Normal dmg thing.. follow me here and try to understand this:

- They did commanders with Normal attack Dmg and Skill dmg.
- Then commanders with skill Dmg won't take buff from Normal dmg
- Then Normal dmg commanders won't have Aoe, but certainly good counter attack..
- then they created smite dmg, a kind of skill dmg which would take buff from Normal dmg and total dmg, but not buff from Skill dmg, and that kind of commanders would deal AoE with smite dmg.
...
- July 22: first commander of Direct Smite Dmg 🤯🤯...

THANK YOU! This is the only obvious solution and something I’ve been telling customer service for ages now. Combined with their solution for the new player experience…. It’s perfect.

And throws a fat bone to f2p players who feel further and further scorned with so much p2w content Lilith pushes out.

Please push this as hard as you can to devs

They need to add a commander recycling option.. Where people who have wasted heads can recycle them and get heads back... maybe a cooldown on how often you can do this.. but seriously .. I cant even imagine a museum buff making Suliman a good choice 😂
