Last "measurable" rain we've had in the 4 corners of AR/KS/MO/OK was 6+ weeks back and that was something like .07"! We need a nice slow soaker followed by record COLD to kill bugs.

I was so excited about the fall garden since the forecast was for a cool Sept and Oct. One think that I was not ready for was 15 Inches of rain in Sept. (Helene) and only .44 inches of rain so far for the month of Oct. Oh well, there is always next year!

Are you going to have another winter forecast video? NOAA and AccuWeather keep adjusting their winter predictions for another warm winter in the midwest with below average precipitation. I can't bear another lousy ice fishing season in Wisconsin. 😢😢

I can already see and feel the big chances coming it’s been cold today it snowed in the mountains and it’s only going to get colder next week winter is here. I see what’s coming on my weather forecast I can clearly see that it’s winter now I can feel winter in the air. After Sunday the high temperatures won’t even exceed 50 degrees anymore, all highs in the 40s to 30s through the 28th of October to November 2 and freezing lows in the 20s with several chances of snow possible next week there’s no denying winter isn’t here. Really sucks that winter is here I hate winter with a passion I have nothing to look forward to for months really wish summer would come back already.

The temp map for Sunday has my area in the 10-15 degree below normal area. The NWS forecast is calling for a high of 62, which is actually slightly ABOVE average. The cold bias of the model is very obvious.

He must not like the GFS because the EURO has just done such a marvelous job this summer with storms lmbo the EURO has caved evey time to the GFS.
