A variant of the handy bowline knot, the Spanish bowline allows for more than one object to be attached. The Spanish bowline is commonly used in the Navy for Search and Rescue applications. Chief James S. Mickens demonstrates how to tie this knot.

This is the method I learned years ago but had forgotten. I've been hunting for a video with someone tying the knot this way which is the easiest method by far. Thanks.

Knot tutorials should be shown from the POV of the person, not the opposite AND make sure the steps are not covered by hands plus keep the camera on the knot, not the person!
