seeing this as someone raised in lake worth, fl.. idk if its my area or parenting.. or both cuz some of my friends are exactly the same...
but we would hear about drownproofing as kids and would just do these exercises for fun, even though its not suggested, tying our hands and feet too.
all of it is easy if you know what you're doing which i guess is a metaphor at life.

I was doing this at the gym yesterday and I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right haha.
I used the weights, they have em at LA fitness, yellow and blue.. to supplement.

I'm prepping for the navy now. is the float here standard for the prone float? especially the breathing? or do I need to breath to the side?
