I just did it ! It feels amazing - especially since I've had "Total Spinal Reconstructive Surgeries " & have 30+ screws in my spine !! ( was told I would NEVER be able to walk ! and to prepare to spend my life in a wheelchair ) [ I'm walking & swimming 👙 now ! ] It surprised myself that I was able to get all the way up to "tabletop" position . You did say to do 5-10 of these, right ? When you do 5-10, then I will too !! Lol ! YES, that IS a Challenge !!
( btw, I'm 60 years young ! )

I haven't been maintaining the lifted chest the whole time and have been going farther than I should because of bad form. When I held the good form, I can tell that this will really help my tension all the way down to my fingers.

Thank you kind Sir: I loved being a enthusiastic 31 to 50+ years old running Portland, OR Marathon twice 1982 & 1983. My consulting at 31 commercial nuclear power plants throughout U.S. working 72 to 84 hours awake. The various tradesmen especially the Ironworkers would ask me while climbing 300 feet with instruments "Is there anything you are afraid of ?, " I responded
"You professionals are the best of guides"! So now at 70+ with a neurological challenge it has been difficult having my brain & strength snatched away. But UPWARD & ONWARD with great upbeat trainers like you!
