Hi. Is there a double sided foam adhesive on touch screen and lcd?

I have the same tablet(Blu M8L 2022) that needs the charger port replaced. Charger was yanked out and pulled out a piece with it. Do you know where i can order the replacement part. I tried Amazon with no luck.

Mine came with a wire attaching the screen somewhere. It popped loose and now I don't know where it went?
