Theres a pin hole next to the long rectangle next to the charge port, first you have to remove the black rubber case, it pulls right off, now locate the pin hole to the side of the rectangular door push the pin in and move it around while pushing down, the door and carrier should release

I've had I guess a month, I've been using it but last couple of days I go to turn it on & the blue screen blinks but then it shuts back off, I can't even check the battery, it's been plugged up so did I lose my benefits already!?!?😢
