For anyone wanting to know blu m8l hard reset factory reset everybody tells you wrong it is hold the power button first and then the volume up button and after you see the splash screen wait about 3 to 5 seconds and let off of all buttons

Alright I got past that part now I'm stuck at where you enter the PIN off of the link of the website. I repeated the process just like you're doing but I can't get that pump up at the end that you do no matter how many times I do
