It's not clear really.. if travel health insurance requirement for Schengen Visa is minimum 30, 000 Euros then that should be the minimum necessary. Also, it's not clear whether a higher coverage, say upto 50, 000 Euros affects the visa application process or not. I find quite a few ambiguities.
