Pie making, especially with fresh fruit, is becoming lost delicacy as so many people are afraid of making the dreaded "crust". Your ease of presentation is great and encouraging and your recipe is user friendly. Lovely video.

It looks great but it would really help your viewers if you could update with more precise flour and butter measurements. I used 300 grams of flour (King Arthur says AP is 120 grams per cup) and a cup of butter. Butter is purchased in different sizes and measurements so "sticks" may be difficult for some to figure out.

Hello, I enjoy your channel so much, 🤗 can you use coconut palm sugar, or the raw sugar, if so you use the same amount, or is it best to use the sugar you used in this recipe 🤗
