1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and with a slight bend at your hips and knees.
2) Shift your weight to your right hip, bringing your left foot off the floor.
3) Drive through your right leg and swing your right arm in front of your chest to generate momentum. Jump to your left side, covering as much ground as possible.
4) Land softly on the left leg, holding the position for a second before jumping back to the opposite side.
