Nicely explained.
Just one place where there is a mistake, if you do not mind. Kernel does not sleep during fast-shutdown. The kernel terminates in any kind of shutdown process. But it is a low-level program so what it does is, it transfers the existing state (before fast-shutdown) to a non-volatile memory. Once this is done, the kernel terminates itself. There is no power consumed by the system and it fully powers off.
Next time, when the computer starts, the operating system will send an interrupt to the CPU (mainly to the CU or the Control Unit of the CPU), which contains an instruction set for the kernel to fetch the previous state of the operating system. When the CPU sends this interrupt to the Kernel, the Kernel fetches the same data from the non-volatile memory where it stored the data earlier, so that Windows can resume from where the user left off before the fast shutdown.
Always make sure to check the Windows "Reliability Monitor" to see if there are any driver/software conflicts that is preventing Windows from properly shutting down (when fast-startup is enabled). If you notice any errors or warnings, make sure to disable fast-shutdown and use normal shutdown instead. Normal shutdown is always the best option.

The question is do we need fast bootup or slower one ?
And I think there's nothing wrong with shutdown which people generally do

What misleading title! "Never shutdown your PC and Laptop"?! As if shutting down the computer is a grave mistake. The title for this video should be something like: "Benefits of disabling fast startup" or "Why disabling fast startup is good for your PC".

Hibernate on the long run is more worse than Fast bootup. Anyway, Nice video. Got to learn many things. I'll be switching off Fast bootup right away. :D

Little wrong information about Hibernation. Hibernate stores files into the hard drive, and Sleep stores files into the RAM. Hard drive is much slower than RAM, that's why it takes longer to wake pc up from Hibernate, than from Sleep.

10:45 💔💔Dislike....While Hibernation pc stores data in storage device like HDD or SSD. And when we put it on sleep the data will be stored in RAM. That's why in sleep mode it wakes up so fast and also RAM requires a continuous power to hold the data in it that's why in sleep your computer is always running.

I have windows laptop I rarely shutdown it. In April month I had shutdown it only for 2 times. It runs smoothly. If found some graphics performance lag just press windows +control+shift+B it refreshes windows graphic driver

12:30 I do not agree with this. hyperfil.sys dumps your RAM in compressed format. It does consume the RAM after booting from hibernation for barely 1 min. After that RAM consumption is normal. I usually go for hibernation with 8GB RAM. It works fine with Windows 10.
