I have trouble making eye contact even when I'm not lying. And when I'm accused to lying I get very uncomfortable.

You just described what it's like to talk to someone with anxiety

remember anxiety isn't always a sign of lying people are anxious for many reasons so take this with a grain of salt and gauge situations on a person to person level

Yes and no. You need a baseline of the person's regular mannerisms and see what changes, and many of these examples can/have been interpreted to indicate something other than lying.

Great job bro, this can also be used to improve your deception techniques(when needed).

This is too vague lmao. These are all things I do in normal conversation. When I'm lying I actually focus more on the issue rather than focus on myself which causes anxiety.

The bad things about those lying-detective things are.. That they don't work on neurodivertic people, for example people with adhd, authism and anxiety behave like that on a natural and TRUE behavior 😂😅

That is a great video, you totally deserve more views!
I loved that show Lie to me, they used a lot of tricks you share to recognize who is lying and who is not based on people's body language.

What you and many others says about body language does not always apply to persons who have adhd or are autistic. I get annoyed that people think every person react or act the same or have the same body language. Stimming for example is common among persons who have adhd or are autistic and eye contact can be hard for both of them. That does absolutely not mean that they are lying.
