I first tried this a few weeks ago and didn’t even realize I was under until he counted to open your eyes and I “woke” up! It was so weird! Did it again last night and forced myself to stay awake. My eyes closed a little and it was fuzzy, my eyes fully opened when he started counting! Such a weird feeling but really cool!

Listening to this video elicited a soothing emotional response, a rush of tears but no sadness. I also experienced eye fluttering followed by a tingling sensation in my fingers and legs. Within the first few minutes, vivid visions of my life resurfaced that I'd seen before, but have not yet experienced.
