Why is it that games usually run better at native 720p than FSR quality at 1080p ? In theory it's the same resolution so the performance should be similar.

Also I notice that native 720p uses less Vram than FSR quality at 1080p, so maybe that has something to do with it ?

You can add -dx11 command at game options in steam settings to increase the performance by far margin

You can also use DirectX 11 in this game, just gotta use the command line.
