How about covering how you would incorporate snatches and cleans along with your deadlifts and rack pulls. How often you would use each lift and progressions to keep from eating up your CNS

Great video! I have recently been doing rack pulls because I have a "butt wink" when I pull from the floor. Does Fitness Culture have any videos on how to fix a "butt wink"? It has been hindering my squat and dead lift.

Just finished week 9 of the deadlift program...seeing some great results. Im having trouble "feeling my glutes and hamstrings" and usually my lower back would start hurting. I notice that laying or standing leg curls bother me the most. Any suggestions? Also, can week get a 12 week squat program? Much thanks.

I tried rack pulls today, a little above my knees because of the cage I was in, but something weird is I couldn’t lift nearly as heavy, maybe the form wasn’t there, I’ll try again haha
