To add to AI aspect, would recommend writing or saying in the interaction with "After this, please provide links about your reply" and/or "Do not hallucinate or make up any replies"

Caren, thanks for the great video. I have experience of unsuccessful business. I'm thinking about a new one now, but I'm scared of the chaos and overload that was a lot in my previous business.

I enjoy all of these videos and reading/replying to comments here helps me crystalize my thoughts on the subject.

I particularly love entrepreneurship and this condition because it's something that both needs a lot of ideas, but needs serious execution strength. the ability to block out voices and go to the other side of the spectrum.

You can channel the actor portrayals of Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg if you want to tap into this stubborn "moving ahead" energy to get a business or project going off the ground.

This was really helpful. I’m trying to enter the workforce in my forties and get more active in all areas of life. One of the biggest struggles is when someone asks me my availability (in hours or for interviews). My mind goes blank. I can look at a monthly calendar and it might have blank space. I have found a weekly view helps, but only with buffer time too!

Hi Caren. I am the same age as you and have ADHD.

I just wanted to share from a viewers point of view: I love your content. You have some great ideas to share. But I notice when you splice the video so the pause or breaks is cut out, it seems like a very long drawn out sentence for 12 min. It is stressful to my system and my brain can't process what you are saying.

Usually I tough it out, sometimes if I am already tired I tend to avoid the rest of the video. This seems like a good topic, but I couldn't finish it today since I finished Finances for our family and my brain can't grasp the content with no breathing breaks.

I mean this with kindness, I know that's hard to do via typing. Please take what you like and leave the rest, it's just my experience.

I have question. I am an artist and I love creating art (drawing mainly). And i really love putting content online for people to watch and interact with me, but the process of filming these videos and then editing them is just boring, time consuming and overwhelming. What’s your advice?

Hey Caren great video, some great solid advice there. I would like to point out to anyone that uses AI that it sometime it lies. so please do your on fact checking with it.

But isn't that type of planning a catch-22? You can't plan without being data-informed, but when you're starting out, your revenue and web traffic are so small that you don't have enough data to use for planning or comparison. But thanks for this, your videos always make me feel encouraged.I appreciate you very much.

I also use AI in the exact way you are describing.

I love your videos, not so much the suggestion to use AI. Those of us with ADHD already have such rich, creative brains as it is. I’d much rather harness my mind than use a program designed to steal and then repackage human intelligence and ideas.
