Paul Washer - Moral Purity

Thanks to a sermon I heard earlier from Paul Washer I realized that my fantasies are a sign of unrepentant lust and sensuality in me, is a part of me that must die, I want to have healthy sexual thoughts live in purity I do not want to seek sexual pleasures or desire them, I also realized that what I thought was a love fantasy was actually lustful romanticism I was lying to my self, Sexual immorality is a very dangerous road that starts with an innocent look or smile flirt before you know it you are wrapped up in a sinful desire that controls you

Will it be shocking to tell you that not all of you sitting here are Christians? Not truly born-again, blood washed, living holy, righteous because of the change wrought in you by Jesus Christ? Has that ever occurred to you that if you were to die today, you wouldn’t make heaven?
To be born-again means to be made new by the sacrifice of Jesus. You leave your old life of sin behind and live a new life. God will give you a new heart to love righteousness and to want Jesus. You will have new affections and things you love. You will hate sin and whenever you will mess up, you will feel horrible about it afterwards.
John chapter 3:3-7 talks about this change. Everyone loves John 3:16 but do they read the whole chapter?
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
Has this change ever taken place in you? Not just walking down the isle and saying a prayer, but has a spiritual change ever taken place in you?
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 KJV: Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Galatians 5:19-24 KJV:
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

People go to church every Sunday because of different reasons such as moral obligation, finding a spouse or even just to look nice. But there are many people sitting in the pews living contrary to the Word of God. If you die you will go to hell and if the rapture happens you will be left behind. This is the word of God:
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; and they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him. And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God. The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail. Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.

Does hearing this cause you to fear God and going to hell for eternity, or do you listen to the devil and claim you are forgiven when you are not. The devil is a liar, but do you lie to yourself?

A lot of people know about Jesus, but do you KNOW Jesus? This gospel song was received by a born again sister hearing the still, small voice of the Lord on the morning of September 3, 2022. In the last days, men and women will prophesy- Acts 2:17-18.

He wants you to pray, pray and ask to be saved,
The Holy Spirit will come and live within you,
and you will not walk by the flesh that leads to death,
but be walking in love and mercy, joy and forgiveness,
gentleness and humility, and hate your old evil ways,

Come quickly, come quickly,
come quickly is our Blessed Hope.

Do you love the lost? Do you love Jesus and want to see Him? Do you want to be delivered from sin completely? Do you want to spend time with true Christians not just on Sundays but everyday? Do you enjoy reading the Bible, not just the Psalms and the comfortable parts? Do you ever feel the Holy Spirit leading you to do things? Do you hear God’s voice? Does it make you sad when you think of people in a lost condition heading for hell? Do you love purity? Do you love when good triumphs over evil? Do you love the privilege of talking to the Almighty Creator who sent His Son for you? Have you ever been disciplined by God? Do you want to leave this wicked evil world and go be with Jesus and other born-again Christians forever? Those are some of the signs you are a born-again Christian. Are they in you? Are they? Because if they’re not, you better get right with God before it’s too late!

Friends Jesus is coming soon. If you don’t repent and get born-again and give your life to Christ, although you are sitting right now in church, you will be left behind! And this goes for millions of people naming Christ all across this country and beyond!!!
Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
2 Corinthians 7:10 10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
Proverbs 28:13 13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Do you have the light of the Lord inside of you? Do you love being with people who may be older, may be younger who are real?
Get right with God!!! Before it’s to late!!! It’s not an easy road and contrary to popular opinion, you will not get rich! The prosperity gospel is false!!! Expect persecution and division. (2 Timothy 3:12 and Matthew 10). Repent!!! Maranatha!!!
