Thank you sir. The videos I've seen look like magic. It's spinning then it's not then it a shape appears in the metal and it's spinning again.

I came here after watching someone do this for a project and was blown away when i seen him make a square hole with 2 spinning ends.. he didnt explain how he did it either.. which was a little frustrating... but alas, you explained it perfectly.. thank you sir!

First time I saw a rotary broach in action couldn't comprehend how 2 spinning ends were cutting a square hole. But 1° slope and slight wobble makes it clear that it's basically high speed chiselling

Can you align the hole you’re broaching, or does the hole come randomly, with the corners pointing to which ever direction?
