I wrote a paper back in 2001 about aspartame poisoning regarding the effects on the biochemical changes that occur to it from ingestion through metabolism and how it effects our neurotransmitters dealing with hunger, in particular serotonin, AND the Multiple Sclerosis mimetic actions that present in patients with high doses over prolonged times. We had most of her info back then. This info this woman is presenting isn't anything new or surprising. Did she previously work for the Writer's Guild? Sounds like she had to use other peoples research from decades ago instead of anything new or revealing. And NO sugar is NEVER okay or good for you, EVER. Honestly, I wouldn't trust her info after the sugar comment.

Why are people acting like this is new? It's always been carcinogenic, but what they never talk about is how much you have to consume for it to have an effect.

Seems like it is manufactured from glutamic acid which is derived from soybean amino acids. Much like saccharin.

Yep... safe my ass. As someone who's used sucralose and aspartame as a part of my diet trying to lose weight for over 25 yrs... and doesn't drink alcohol at all. Please explain my lovely new diagnosis of irreversible non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, which I'm told is just a matter of time till it turns to cancer. So please... humor me on this one. 😂

Why doesn't she just answer the question? I wasn't looking for a medical school lecture. Is it safe?
