I've never heard anyone else (that I remember) talk about the emanations from the penumbra. I've been complaining about those things since ... well, was it 1973? You're my new hero, Andrew!

I was going to comment on your "A is for Antifa" video, asking for the whole alphabet, but I see you already have done this. how I never knew about it, I don't know. I've shared it with many people and never realized you had your own youtube channel. Obviously subscribed, I want to help black people :)

The fact that this guy is not recognized as a comedian is sad. I haven't seen legal analisis this funny since I had penal law with a public defender teacher in college.

The solution, I feel, to the Supreme Court having used the power of Judicial Review to discover that it had the power of Judicial Review, is to have Congress and the President discover their own powers of Legislative Assertion and Executive Authority. These amount to the same thing as Judicial Review, mind: Congress can get together and say, "No, by a majority vote, we don't think the Supreme Court's ruling that this or that is (un)Constitutional is correct, and assert that the constitution says this, which we quote, here, from it." Meanwhile, the President can simply assert Executive authority, pointing to ARticle 2, and say, "While I'm happy to hear the opinions of my learned colleagues in the Judicial branch of government, which is co-equal to my own Executive branch, I fear I must disagree with their interpretation of the Constitution. It clearly says this, and so I will act within my authority based on that."

And if you think that's overreach on the part of the other two branches, consider this question: under your system, if the Supreme Court ruled that vetoing laws was beyond the power of the President, and that writing them beyond the power of Congress, and that Congress was required to pass only laws written by the Supreme Court and taht the President has no authority to revoke them...what happens? Who says to them, "No, that's stupid, that's not what it says, " if the Supreme Court is the last word on what the Constitution says?

I want to like what you say on the subject, but you mix some bullshit in with your quality ingredients. "...because five unelected justices will say [new interpretations of the US Constitution] are there and that will make them magically appear"..."as quick as you can say 'Democracy is a thing of the past' the constitution rewrote itself..."

I'm confused by your rhetoric. Are you supporting the constitution or are you not? This "sacred law of the land, bequeathed to us by the greatest political thinkers of all time" gives authority to the Supreme Court to do exactly what you are ridiculing:

Section 2, Section 1 of the US Constitution:
"The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority..."

Am I missing something about the US Constitution or your argument?
