An Intermediate Pilates Mat Workout designed for those with low bone density. Props include a beach towel and 2 matching, filled water bottles or small balls (i.e. tennis balls). Routine begins about 4:30 into the video!

Covid brought me home and away from my Pilates class. I started looking for online resources and found Amanda's mat routine classes. I was also diagnosed within the year with mod-severe osteoporosis. I have learned so much more about what is safe for me. I have used your videos 4 times a week since March. I love how you explain clearly what to do, how to do it, and why to do that way. At first I thought the exercises were so easy but as I learned to do them correctly I found my limits and then my goals. I am now using the intermediate class and including some of the beginning exercises that continue to be challenging. I also found your beginning Pilates hand weight video and include this. I am so grateful for your videos. I am able to stay home, say safe, and improve my strength, posture, and feeling of well-being. My MD asked for the link after I told her what I was doing for exercise. Thank you!!
