Some video ideas for Steve- crew drills, more interior crew logistics, crew down time in the crew mess, and crew quarters, how crew schedules work, how charters are planned, how you make each charter unique based on guest preferences, what do you do to entertain beyond water sports, how crew hierarchy is organized/run, what are the responsibilities of each position and who reports to whom, how do vacations/contracts work for crew? Nina’s video of the hidden spaces was awesome. Would love more of that behind the scenes footage. Would also love more livestreams! Thank you for all your informative videos.

Wow, I thought something was wrong, shame about Blair, huge surprise but it happens. Steve knocked it out of the park for this video, hope he keps up the good work.
