My USA is certainly not perfect, but I am so proud that we treated you well and you had such a great time. Cheers!

I'm European and now I live in big city USA. Miami in particular. Living in the USA is a dream come true. There is always bad comments in other countries about the US. But there is truly no place like the US. The diversity, the variety, the convenience, the ability to make it big. Like anywhere in the world there are issues, but Living here gives you the ability to basically experience the whole world in one place. The culture, the museums, the food, the nature, the variety in climate. Gosh I love it so much over here!!! I'm very happy to see that you enjoyed your visit. Small town usa will be super cool too. If you thought new york was nice wait until you see Small town america. You will think people is part of your family. God bless you and your family. BTW, you were two blocks of my house when you were hitting those palm trees with you head on Lincoln rd on your Miami Beach bus tour.

Probably the first time I’ve heard foreigners actually compliment our public transportation. 😂

The U.S, only needs one thing that I can think of ... more New Zealanders visiting. Love you guys.

You're entire family is so pleasant and polite. I'm very happy to know you all had a good experience and that people treated you with the kindness you deserved.

I'm a DoorDash driver. I love doing it. And I love it more when people like you appreciate it and need it. I often deliver to a disabled lady and seeing that I'm doing something that someone actually needs feels me with pride.

This made me feel better to hear this instead of the negative things that are online... mostly from people who've never been here. Thank you!

It gives me a sense of pride when visitors to the US find out how awesome it really is. You put things into a perspective we tend to take for granted. Cheers....

When I first moved to America many decades ago, I would have this giddy feeling almost on a regular basis, which went away with time with life happening. Seeing this video brought some of that back as to how special this country is. Thank you!! ☺

So proud of you Sam. I started watching your channel when you were just doing reactions to American sports as the Kiwi Kicker. Now you and the whole family are like close friends. Can't even imagine the channel with each of you bringing your unique perspective and presence. And don't even get me started with how impressive Nadine is and what she brings to this channel. She is obviously very intelligent and savvy. Knowledgeable about so many things, articulate and so comfortable in front of the camera. What a great team. We love you guys too. ♥ Rich and Mila in Seattle. ♥

I was born and raised in Wellington, NZ. I moved to US in 1980 just outside of NYC. I can't imagine living anywhere else. People always ask why I would leave NZ and stay in the US. America and its people are fantastic. It's that simple.

I loved your accents! I am an American by choice, I became an American citizen a few years ago and it was the proudest I've ever been so as a newer American welcome to this land blessed by God.

As a big city guy myself this makes me so happy. Sometimes big cities get a bad reputation but a lot of good, exciting things go on with such large communities. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

One trick I learned for riding the subway in places like NY is to not get on the cars at the front of the "train" or Metro. Everyone is in a rush to get on, get off, and rush for the stairs to leave and no one wants to be slowed down by others, so they all get on the cars at the front so they can be closer to the stairs to leave. Then everyone gets crowded together in the cars, and then jammed up trying to rush out when leaving and it causes a slowdown anyway. The cars at the end will have fewer people on them since they are further away from the exits and you get more room on the car, a slightly longer but more relaxing walk to the exits, and by the time you reach the stairs/exits the crowd has thinned out and moved on so you aren't "elbow to elbow" and pressed up against people trying to leave. But you sometimes don't want the very last car in the line because homeless people know those are the least used cars and sleep on them because they are almost unoccupied, so get the 2nd or 3rd from the end of the line of cars.

You will definitely see how much more the small towns are not as hectic as they are in the big cities. Going in an RV will be so relaxing and just enjoying the woods and nature at a much slower pace and the small town people are just so kind and helpful and great food.

So many foreigners I've met are amazed that we even actually have public transportation because of the reputation we have of driving everywhere. And as far as sports, there is an amazing variety. Baseball, basketball, American football are just the tip of the iceberg. Soccer (or football) is really taking off in popularity here, finally. My oldest granddaughter graduates H.S. this year and has a mixed tennis/soccer/academic scholarship at her dream college. Her boyfriend has a lacrosse/academic scholarship at the same university. We have rugby, softball, swimming, gymnastics, track/field events. You can find pretty much any sport to compete in starting in school in most areas. For a nation that's supposed to be so overweight, we certainly do love our sports.
