9800x3d same improvement as 7x00 non x to 9x00 non x thats why theyre drying the 7800x3d stock

Since the 9700X is like (Zen)5% better than 7700X, is there a real possibility that the 9800X3D performs 5% better over the 7800X3D as well?. Is Zen5 really *that* bandwidth and latency constrained so the v-Cache will bump the performance like crazy?

Intel will be running a _more_ advanced node than AMD for the first time in many years as AMD's losing that TSMC cheat code they've used for 4 generations. It will most likely use less power unless Intel cranks it up. Regardless there's no way it will approach RPL wattages. Overclockers will probably love getting some headroom back though.
