Woo-wee! Let's get sweaty in this fast, basic step aerobics workout with a side of no-equipment arm toning! Today we are going to be stepping at 135-145 BPM with easy-to-follow choreography and awesome music! Forty-five minutes of step followed by ten minutes of fired-up arm work and a five-minute stretch! This workout is full of awesome tunes and Steady state, intense cardio!!!

What Chris and Vanessa. I am 73 and first started step in the 80's; came back to it 2 years ago after double knee replacement. I love your videos because you make them so much fun---and let's face it--if it's not fun who wants to do it. Keep up the good work!!

Thanks for the reminder that I GET to do this and it's not punishment for the "bad" things I ate. I wish someone had told me that 20 years ago because l used to be "that" woman at the gym. I'll never have the body I had then but I feel better mentally and physically since I realized that. Thanks for all you do! ♥

Great sweaty workout. Always fun when you have special guests/friends along for the ride. Thank you, Chris and Vanessa. I am 70 years old and do not use any risers and still get a great workout.

Joining in with all the others to say I'm 63 - cut my teeth in step with Gin Miller's step and continue to move freely and easily. There's a reason you teach people the right way to do things. Longevity (at age 63) means a whole lot more. Thanks for all you do!

Chris, this was truly amazing. I really appreciate you and your style of teaching. This 66 yr old is very energetic doing step since 1991. Just love you forever!!!!. Stay fit and safe. Great class....

Thank you for a great end to 80s week! Loved the choreo, music, and the outfits!! Your description of the person at the gym who is always doing super high impact moves even when no one else is, reminds me of someone at my gym. I have honestly thought that she is going to hurt herself one day. Also reminds me of that meme that says "Every dead body on Everest was once a highly motivated person... so maybe calm down". I always appreciate your rational, sound advice Chris! Thanks for everything!
