FAST BASIC STEP AEROBICS IS BACK!!!
Let's rock a super sweaty and easy-to-follow step workout at a fast pace!

Today, we will be stepping at 138-142 BPM with easy-to-follow choreography. We'll be doing 45 minutes of step and 15 minutes of Core and Stretch! You may see "basic" and thing "boring" but this workout will prove you wrong!! Great music, awesome cueing and maximum motivation will get you working hard and having fun!

Get ready to sweat it out and burn massive calories in our 45 minutes of step and Abs workout!

I usually get up at 5:15 to do a 30 - 45 minute workout with Chris before work in the morning. Based on the description and all the great comments about this workout, I set my alarm for 4:45 so i could fit i in. It did not disappoint! It was fun, engaging, got my heart rate up, and I had over 5, 000 steps already when I was done! Thank you, Chris, for everything you do!💜I will definitely doing this one again!

Have been doing your older, intermediate to advanced classes and I am getting better. Such a good feeling when I can do the choreography and not have to keep rewinding. 😊

When I saw the BPMs, I didn't think i'd make the entire 45 minutes but I made it with nary a misstep. The flow from one movement to the next was perfect for the pace. The ab work and stretch were the icing on the cake!

I love Fast Basic Step. Counter intuitive, but this has saved my knees. Excellent cardio without jumping. Thank you.

Every time I do a step workout, I say, this is my absolute favorite step. I mark it as favorite because I want to do it again. Then I do the next step you offer and that one is my favorite! See the pattern? You never disappoint. The music and moves for this step were on POINT!! I could have kept going all day. Loved this one! Basic but far from boring… the combinations were toward the intermediate level and the tempo added to the difficulty. Loved the abs at the end. Thanks Venessa, Amanda and Chris! 😻

Oh my gosh. I LOOOOVED this! I was NOT in the mood to exercise this morning, but by golly, I changed my clothes, got out my step and got busy! And now I will feel amazing for the rest of the day. The hardest part is getting started, for real. This was brilliant! Thanks Chris.
