Donut recipe:
(Wet ingredients)
244g canned pumpkin
8g vanilla extract
1 egg
(Dry ingredients)
90g all purpose flour
20g 0cal sweetener
2g pumpkin pie spice
62g vanilla whey protein powder
Bake on 350 degrees 10-12 minutes
Frosting recipe:
31g reduced fat cream cheese
15g sugar free syrup
15g vanilla whey protein powder
Macros for each donut:
2g fat 13g protein 16g carbs= 134 cals

I’ve loved donuts for so long, and I tried every recipe out there to find a decent-good donut that doesn’t feel like I’m compensating for myself. I had 7 donuts yesterday (dw, cardio + decent metabolic rate carries), including some pumpkin spice flavors so I know where I’m judging from. Compared to that, these donuts are absolutely amazing. I’ve tried Kenny Fischer’s, Mina’s, etc yet they are either too moist, don’t have a cake donut like texture, or flat out dry. These are the best anabolic donut recipe and might be one of my favorite anabolic recipe of all time. Thanks Rem!

I just had my first reese's Anabar today. I think its gonna be my new favorite. Though the s'mores is still my jam.

For all those that HATE all the converting and weighing here’s the practical kitchen units:

Pumpkin = 2 c.
Vanilla = 2 tsp.
Egg is egg

Flour = 2/3 c. (Just shy of)
Sweetener = 3/4 c.
Pumpkin spice = go with what feels right. It’s pumpkin spice. 0 calories in this.
Whey protein = 1 scoop of your choice of protein. 32 g is what good standard uses for their serving size.
Baking powder = 1 tsp
Salt = a couple finger pinches

Cream cheese = 1 oz = 1/8 of a block of cream cheese
Syrup = 1 Tbsp
Protein powder = 1/2 scoop

Just ordered two boxes of your anabars. Very excited to give them a try. I’ve been eating your orange chicken recipe and biscuit sausage breakfasts all week and it’s awesome. Will be doing the Korean bbq one for meal prep next week.
