Here’s my anabolic milkshake recipe that weighs about 18 ounces and tastes amazing.:
200g almond milk
35g protein powder
10 grams stevia
8 grams sugar free pudding mix
Dash of salt
2 grams Xanthan gum
250 grams ice
Blend for about 1-2 minutes and scrape the sides to get all the powders mixed in. Then blend again until it’s thick and let it sit for like 5 minutes to let some ice melt so it’s creamy and not icy…. Unless you want a Wendy’s frosty consistency

This has been one of my staple high protein desserts for the last couple of years, I found doing raspberry jelly, vanilla yoghurt and topping with some berries and zero-sugar hot chocolate powder turns it into the most devious trifle alternative. 🤤🤤🤤
