I had the HARDEST TIME trying to get this to work. I just keep turning it off and on....I really wanted to break it in half! Would it had be so hard to make a descaling button. For the love! Actually takes longer than 7 seconds, the light turned off but if you continu to hold for a few seconds longer it then blinks 😉

I got the Nespresso liquid Descaling solution, does it need to be mix with water or does it go in the tank as is without additional water
