Netflix if you’re listening, the people want more historical masterpieces like this. You really brought a realistic and bare bones aura to this film that’s hard to find elsewhere. It was perfectly done. So many amazing events in history untouched and just waiting for another epic rendering like this. These are the movies that keep me coming back. I like the way the movie didn’t focus so much on the romance like if this was a typical film Henry and the girl (idk her name lily rose depp plays her) would’ve met and like fallen in love and it would have been this big fantasy thing but it focused on him and his struggles which I really really liked.
