By the time the French Battles reached the English lines they were exhausted just from wading through the mud, all the time being shot at by the English archers. Henry had 5, 000 archers at Agincourt, who, in one minute, could put 60, 000 arrows in the air.

The fact that they actually used warhammers to get past the armor rather than swords is so satisfying to me as a historic weapons nerd

The Dauphin unable to find his footing in the mud seems like such a great metaphor for his more luxurious life lived and how unaccustomed he was to a harder more brutal and ugly environment which King Henry clearly had some experience in. Even though the dauphin probably trained extensively in fighting. He did so on a ‘marble’ or solid flooring most likely.

Fun fact: To add to the realism of this scene, the director brutally murdered Robert Pattinson by having him repeatedly stabbed with medieval shanks.

This show is what made me a believer in Timothee as an actor. Afterward I had no worries about him in Dune. I knew he' d do great.

I LOVE the portrayal of Falstaff in this film. When the moment came - he put away foolery, drunk Ed’s and debauchery.
He was a highly accomplished, tactically brilliant soldier who stepped forward and effectively saved an army with his advice and knowledge.

I loved how it shows him getting fired up. Actually quite athletic. The quick prayer and the nervous but deft flourish with his hammer. He looks competent, regarding the moment with a sobriety Falstaff would be proud of.
