Number 7 (fix the gut) should be number 1 fix - as it is the root cause of intolerance.

My heart starts skipping beats for 50% of the time when I eat too much histamine. It's so scary. But I am happy I finally know which direction to go to fix this problem. I'm on a protocol of healing my gut now, guided by a functional health practitioner. Good luck everyone, I hope you find your way out of your health issues!

Re the list of histamine reactions--he omitted dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea!

Fantastic video, thank you so so much. It took a really long time to find out (by myself- no doctors ever suggested this) that this is very likely to be my issue, but it is made more complex because of other health issues

I too was struggling against this war.... with zero medical support..not a single doctor explained me nor they treated me for this... always they treated me with anti histamines n moreover allergic medicines... after going through many articles I realized my problem...now am gonna try these 7 steps... its very difficult to manage histamine intolerance unless u don't understand the diff bet the allergy n intolerance... sometimes I get disappointed with the life... its too hard to eliminate almost everything from the diet.. Insha ALLAH will definitely try these 7 steps

My food intolerance/ sensitivities is the opposite. It causes hypertension instead of low blood pressure.

I have developed food sensitivities recently. Before I had a very good digestion. But I began to experience heartburn and digestive issues due to antidepressants I took. I don't take them anymore. But now I feel nerve pain when I eat certain foods. I now try to drink raw milk most of the time, and only eat foods that are easy to digest. I try to avoid grains and nuts. Even eggs seem to make me feel some inflammation in my joints.

Please discuss the anxiety connection... I have all these symptoms PLUS debilitating anxiety and depression. These are symptoms as well. My Drs prescribed me an SSRI but I know thats now whats wrong with me! So I decided to experiment. I did a water fast and of my symptoms have DISAPPEARED! The problem is .... when i try to eat something they come back INSTANTLY! Im literally developing a eating disorder bcs I dont wanna have a panic attack/episode. I've tried sardines, shriml, broccoli, brussel sprouts, eggs, etc. All of these causes a reaction. Hell, I dont know what to eat!!! Im literally starving but I'd rather starve then have an episode. Can anyone give me safe food ideas? How can I stop this "feeling"?

yes copper, vitamin C nad B6 also zinc are extremelly important....still staying away from high histamine foods is crucial...also histamine liberators like sunflower seeds, bananas...and many other....btw you are very well informed, thank you so much :)
