Our Lady of Guadalupe | In Search of Holy Treasure

No church in Latin America attracts as many pilgrims as the Basilica of Santa Maria de Guadalupe, in Mexico. Among the treasures of the basilica is a tilma, similar to a sleeveless coat previously worn by the Indians of Central America. The tilma of Guadalupe is very special: it displays a miraculous image of the Virgin Mary just as she appeared to Juan Diego, a Mexican peasant, in 1531.

Follow researcher Christian Page in his quest to unveil the history of the Holy Relics of Christianity as he travels through time in some of the world's greatest cities: Jerusalem, Istanbul, Paris, Vienna, and Rome. Just to clarify, the bodies of these great Saints were "Not to be worshiped" but to be Venerated. Worship is Stricly Exclusive to GOD ALONE.

3:35-3:40 "The Aztecs' pagan gods were soon replaced with those in the Catholic pantheon." WRONG! Catholics worship the One True God, not a pantheon of gods. I pray this most glaring error and other errors throughout are the result of poor translation, and not purposeful misrepresentation of Catholic doctrine.

The angel said Hail Mary, full of grace” NOT highly favored! That is inaccurate and a cowardly concession to Protestant attitude toward the Blessed Mother. Being FULL OF GRACE means MUCH MORE than “ highly favored” . You do a great disservice, to say the least, to those readers who expect the true word of God in their Bible! Truth, not concession to faithless minds, is the only way to true conversions.

To love until death, to see the log in my/our own eyes, not the splinter in our brothers?
