Whenever I hear his voice, I recognize this priest as one whom I heard about 4 years ago give a homily set on his family’s sheep ranch in Montana, and I wonder what church he attended, what city did he live near, because when I lived in Montana, a very beautiful place to behold, I could not find one single truly respectful Novus Ordo church, let alone one that offered the Tridentine Mass. Of course, it’s a large state and I lived in only one small area.
However my point here is that this story that I’ve heard so many times and will never tire of, contained a few new details I’d never known before, such as that Bishop Zumarraga requested Castilian roses as a sign from Our Lady, and I’d never heard that he had placed Mexico City under an interdict.
I truly wish we could now the names of these fine priests from Sensus Fidelium but they always maintain their anonymity. Father, whoever you are, thank you for your homily . You always do a great job. Merry Christmas to all who read this and especially the holy priests at Sensus Fidelium.
