Hey Igor, this is for you.

Saw your videos for the first time during COVID in 2020, while me and my brother were searching for ways to keep fit at home during the lockdown. I saw all your videos, including your journey from your home in Russia, to working your ass off in Poland, to where you're now. Saw your entire journey from a small creater to one of the most respected faces of the fitness community. Even now i see comments talking about how much you have helped people get fitter.

I let go of my own fitness for a long time. Tried the gym. Didn't have the required discipline.
Became disinterested, and a little depressed.
Now saw your pushups video on the Bring Sally Up challenge a few days back. I have challenged myself to get fitter and more disciplined again. And the way again, was after seeing your videos.
You're doing real good to the world Igor, one video at a time. Keep doing your thing. ❤❤ Thanks for inspiring me and many other people.

I don't have the money to go to the gym so I workout at home, but the thing that really slow me is that I'm not focused because I'm not in a place that is dedicated for that so I tend to be very distracted

followed your content for a while and I really like it. the problem with doing sets up to 30 reps is that you'll most likely reach have to stop due to cardiovascular stress rather than actually getting to muscular failure

Your body can't tell what you lift, but it can tell how much you lift. Lifting body weight only is limiting, so it's good to include bodyweight exercises, but don't avoid gyms for no real reason.
