I’ve been having struggles sleeping tonight because I’m struggling and keep blaming myself for doing things that I regret. I couldn’t stop thinking about it and had an awful feeling in my stomach and almost threw up. I went to YouTube and watched this video and I immediately felt better. I always watch this affirmation video and it calms me down, thank you Josie for always being there for me.
