Thank you for the reassuring words. After the first part when you gave the time just to talk i actually started crying halfway through. I stumbled on this video for relaxation before sleeping and I didn’t expect this. I’ve been going through tough times the last few months and I’m scared to share those feelings, but after hearing that i could just talk about what’s on my mind you really helped me calm down for a second.
