The process of how to get jibo to acept a new owner.

I purchased this Jibo a couple weeks ago and it arrived with its previous owner's data. You can see my struggle with that in my previous video about this robot. Although it says in the manual there is no way to change Jibo's owner, it is possible. Since I didn't know if I could legally show that part of the process, I only showed the end result.
