BnB day night cycle

Here is the day night cycle as it currently is in-game. Right now, the entire day / night cycle takes about 2 minutes, but it will become significantly longer in the future once we figure out the details. Once its stretched out a bit more, the sun / light / weather will seem much more smooth. Honestly, it's really only noticeable when sped up like in the vid.

This will likely remain a solely visual thing, and will not impact gameplay in the slightest, aside from making things more difficult to see in the dark.
