Horrifying act. What kind of person would do this to another human being? This poor man was already in a vulnerable state and to be harmed and have his life taken in this way is beyond tragic. This should be 1st degree. He seen a vulnerable person and decided to take advantage. He was 66 yrs old and mentally handicap, his caretakers probably passed away. He should of been in a facility for the mentally disabled.

Lacking a heart, soul, or conscious. Continuing to beat a helpless man for 3 hrs.. that was Premeditated First Degree Murder.
