Father of teen accused in high school shooting arrested on murder and manslaughter charges

Authorities in Georgia say the father of the teen, charged with opening fire at a high school, has been Arrested on charges including second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.

Not sure how to feel about this.
Idk why a father would give their kid a weapon… but I will say that as someone who has experienced trauma as a child that I think children should be able to protect themselves.
I don’t think they are capable of responsibly owning a gun but at the same time I want kids to be able to protect themselves against predators.
