What you are doing is important.
I still struggle with not eating lectins, especially oats. They’re in so many protein bars and then almonds, I am sick of them but they’re in so many things too!
I wish the word would pick up on the fact that almonds need to be naked before consumption and do this before putting them in everything. They must be the most available and affordable nut besides peanuts?
More manufacturers need to use flaxseed to add fiber to offset the carbs. Seriously! They’re missing out on an entire diet to cater to, the Diabetic Diet.
Dr Gundry, I need a power ball recipe that you approve and are low sugar for diabetics. Please consider doing a video making an approved High protein, low sugar powerball.
