I wasn't looking at your chin! I swear! This was a great quick, affordable tip Philip! We use one for our mic set up, and love that it could be easily adapted this way. Good point about the potential for shakiness too... if you had wooden floors, even that could make it a little bumpy. Thanks for this!

Thank you for all the information. It is so helpful. I believe this is something I need but I need it to have the fluid head that you talked about in another video. I am so totally new to this so I am not sure how to even ask the question except, I need something that does exactly this but I need to be able to film myself talking and then easily pan to what I am doing and then back again without having to stop the camera or have 2 cameras. Nothing fancy. What would you reccommend?

Useful video, I have this stand with phone adaptor. I'm just trying to sort out how to use my rear camera in landscape rather than portrait, because with the phone flat it doesn't auto rotate. So if you've any tips please feel free to suggest them.
