Question: Do the clamps at the base of the legs rotate at all, such that you could mount this rack at the BACK of your desk, rather than to the sides? (I have a 160cm width desk)

perfect clamp as my desk is nearly 3inches thick

I was about to order this but I noticed that the maximum length is 120cm and the desk I have is 121.92cm. Do the clamps extend a little further? I'd hate to order it and it not fit!

Those clamp handles look obnoxiously large. Will they even be able to tighten if you only have a 2" overhang on your desk? Can they be removed without breaking them?
