Btk was not only from my state but from my neighborhood and I unknowingly met him when my aunt let him in the house thinking he was a utilities worker but he was surveying the layout. I guess he even talked to me and rubbed me head before he left. Luckily he never came back but it's crazy to thi k how close you can come to a serial killer and never know.

Im from Louisiana... But i know two of the most infamous lillers in my state are... The axeman of New Orleans, and the jennings 8 killer... Both were never caught...
