I honestly think it’s a cool product but I hope there’s a version 2 that looks more like a cassette for durability sake because it looks very fragile as is and I think a plastic cassette like shell would be a good improvement

50.... yeah no... you simply can´t justify spending 50 on something like this... there is still a used market and you can probably get a normal keyboard for that kind of money with all types of sounds, midi, etc... that will keep a child entertained for longer than this. I guess this is a small indie project and granted they can´t get the price down easily especially in such a small niche, still doesn´t make the price justifyable..

Does it have cassette tape? What's the purpose? Can you record on the tape and play it back? Can you record the synth on the tape and loop it? If it does, the price is reasonable, if not, I'd give $10 for that toy at best.

You can get a Stylophone gen-x1 for the same price and I can guarantee that it has a lot better features

Uhhh no thanks. For $50 you can get a small real starter synth like a Stylophone, Behringer JT-4000 Micro, or even a Miku stylophone (okay maybe not for that price anymore)
