These two have helped me tremendously.

I take KSM-66 in the AM, L-Theanine about mid afternoon, and Sensoril in the late evening before bed. This stack has helped my mood and kept my anxiety to a minimum. After about two weeks, my sleep has been very deep, and I wake up feeling super refreshed which is critical when trying to reduce your stress and anxiety levels. Great products!!

i take both on and off l theanine if im having sudden anxiety but ashwaghanda for stress depression and overall anxiety works wonders and changed my life

Ashwagandha works straight away. I feel the effects around 30 minutes of taking, L Theanine I feel the effects after 1.5 hours

I take both, also with Rhodiola, Bacopa and Zinc in the evening now! Really takes the edge off.

Dope video. From personal experience i stand by ashwagandha. Some of it's benefits are exaggerated but for stamina and full peace of mind in the gym it's great. That seems more realistic than body composition changing. On the other hand, pairing it with shilajit and pine pollen maca, polyrhachis black ant, panax red ginseng, and he shou Wu you can combo ashwagandha plenty of times for a varying affect it seems. And it feels to me that i never have to cycle off it as long as I change the the main herb. Ashwagandha is a support herb just like ginseng or tongkat Ali, or cistanche i feel. Combine them all in one for a productive day lol

I am student age 21.
Can I take l trysoine + (l theanine 100mg + caffeine 50mg) in morning, bacopa Monnieri in noon and magnesium glycinate + zinc in the night
For better focus, memory, concentration and 7 to 8 hours study without fatigue. Can I use these nootropics. There will be no side effect of these nootropics ?
Or suggest me nootropics for my study preparation for 8 to 10 hours in a day.
