I have a silver, blue and gunmetal slate I can say the green is awesome. Man every color is so amazing. They really outdid themselves on these shells. Perfect. Also almost everyone knows a discount code for retro game repair shop. If you pay full price ever there idk what you are doing. So knock 10% off your total

One time I dabbled in adding a front light to a Gameboy color white back but that was it.good luck everybody at least assuming I'm doing this right

Tbh im copying your sp build with green rayquaza and black shell plus the gold chrome buttons, sadly no usb c charge port but thqts the best i can do for now. Keep up the great content and builds 🎉

I think the idea of removing the brightness button what's to make the whole thing smaller. The unhinged looks kind of goofy to me with how tall it is. I went with the Slate. Building mine when my parts come in.

Omg I really love how the Slate looks! But it's sad that doesn't include the headphone Jack and Usb charge. </3 I hope they make a newversion with it!

You can make both usb c but can't make them both have a headphone jacks but you can get usb c to 3.5mm jack connector

I wish these unhinged shells would have the game ports behind the screens. I hate how the gb and gbc games stick out at the bottom

There is a purpose for that insulation film. You might just be lucky to not have had a problem yet.
